The golden condition: the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within one year from the date of receipt of the order. Each item has its own policy as follows: Oud oil: can use 3 drops without touching the skin (preferably on cloth or tissue). Oud wood: can use 3 grams. Saffron: can use one gram without direct contact. Note: Trusting in the quality of our products, if the customer wishes to return or exchange, we bear the shipping costs.
